This is the last part of memories from Venice. This time I'd like to show you some more pictures from this beautiful city, but also to complain a little bit about grocery availability in Italy. You might be not aware that finding grocery in Italy is not a trivial task. My wife has not trusted me until she got to Rome and became convinced that grocery just doesn't exist in Italy. I found one after two or three days of wandering around the eternal city. We had the same problem in Venice vicinity. Just wanted to buy some beer or wine or anything else to drink in the evening. After two hours of driving and even coming across one closed store we gave up. It was like mission impossible. Fortunately we stopped by the bar and got our beer or rather poor Heineken - it means drink resembling beer. Of course as I've mentioned in another entry, on the next day we found Panorama supermarket and did some shopping, but it was also not that easy...
But forget about it. If you want to go to Italy, it's recommended to drink and eat in the restaurants or bars. Now please enjoy some more pics... especially pics from the evening!
